when will my order be shipped?
Within 2 - 4 business days. tracking will be provided once shipped, to your nominated email address.

How long does shipping take?
Once posted you will recieve your tracking details with the estimated arrival depending on your state. usually around 2-5 business days via Australia Post.

Are your products all handmade?
Yes! everything is formulated & handmade on the sunshine coast.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Everything is formulated to be gentle on the skin, depending on skin types you may need more or less of a product. If you have further questions feel free to reach out via the contact form.

Do you use pure essential oils?
Yes! We only use good quality pure essential oils.

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we don't accept returns on our skincare.
We always package everything very carefully in layers of eco paper to avoid breakages.
However if you recieve a product that is damaged, please reach out for an investigation to assess if an item needs replacing. We will require photographic evidence in order to replace items.

Can I use your products on my children?
The skincare products are not formulated for children, some essential oil based products can have an adverse reaction with children. use with caution. Dilute 50%, with distilled water & patch test if using on little ones.
Please note: Avoid using any of our products on children under the age of 5.
Aside from than the Baby / sensitive skin soap bar, no essential oils very gentle.
