Each bar is around 150g approx 

Ingredients: organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, organic shea butter, castor oil, organic cocao butter, natural beeswax, organic coconut milk, pure geranuim, sweet orange & rosemary essential oils.

Instructions for use: if you have short hair you can rub it between your hands like regular soap, but if you have long thick hair, it’s easier to rub the shampoo directly onto your hair, top, sides, underneath then lather it all up and enjoy!
